Chili recipes offer a wonder of flavor for a great dining experience.  With competitions across the Southwest, chile recipes come in all varieties.  From the mild to the ultra spicy.  The great part of chili recipes is the adaption to your own personal level of spice.
 
Chili Mexicana

Ingredients:
•2 12 oz cans red kidney beans
•2 12 oz cans pinto beans
•2 12 oz cans black beans
•1 12 oz can garbanzo beans
•1 32 oz can whole or chopped tomatoes
•2-3 lbs pork shredded, chopped, or ground
•1 16 oz pkg frozen corn
•2 onions chopped
•3 sweet peppers, one each red, orange, and yellow
•smoked/roasted hot chilies to taste
•4-5 Tsp freshly ground or whole cumin
•1-2 Tsp olive oil
•6 cloves garlic minced
•salt and pepper as desired
•chili garlic paste to taste
 
Hot to:
 
•Saute onions, garlic, and cumin in the oil until the onions are done
•Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer at low temp.
•Thicken on the stove if necessary
